At Connecticut Sports and Fitness we will begin with a full biomechanical evaluation to identify any and all areas of concern. We will look for muscle imbalances and joint restrictions that could lead to compensations and eventual injury or performance plateaus. We will then work with you to create the best plan of action to address the areas of concern found in your evaluation. Finally we will customize your plan tailored to your personal goals.
